Amoris Elixatura (Thyme, Lemon-Ginger)

THE STORY : Ginger is one of the ingredients used in rum punch recipes, on its own or combined with fresh fruit. ARHUMATIC wanted to work with ginger in harmony with lemon and lemon thyme in particular – to create a flavoured rum with extraordinary and multiple virtues! Flavoured rum which wishes you well. THE FRUIT : Ginger is widely used as a cooking ingredient across the whole world. A mixture of fragrances, it is hot, peppery and lemony at the same time. Its flavours are warm and powerful. No spice or condiment can rival ginger and its mix of fragrances. It possesses a multitude of virtues. The lemon thyme is a variety with delicate flavours, very aromatic. As the name indicates, it reveals a fragrance with the appeal of lemon grass.

SEASONALITY : Ginger from Asia is available throughout the year. Lemon thyme is also grown from the start of Spring up until the end of Summer but is sensitive to damp which can make supply more complicated. ARHUMATIC’S Amoris Elixatura is produced from the month of May up to the end of September.

Tasting
	The little round leaves of lemon thyme occupy the whole bottle whilst the slices of ginger rest at the base of the bottle. The elixir takes on a slightly coppery hue.
	A universe of rich fragrances plunges you into wild grasses and sunny citrus fruits.
	An unexpected explosion of mixed flavours. The harmony is subtle, then reveals its power thanks to the ginger which supports the fragrance of the thyme as an aftertaste. A delight!
