THE STORY : ARHUMATIC’S Vespera Hiemalis was thought of for that lack of sunshine moment in Winter. For this, the colourful citrus fruits from the Mediterranean basin are perfect as they are swollen with vitamins and energy. The orange subtly combines with desert spices. ARHUMATIC prioritises the best ingredients by combining a fat and flavoursome vanilla with the best reputation, originally from Tahiti, with the best variety of cinnamon, mild and subtle. The orange zest ripened and picked in Sicily is also sublime. This maceration is perfectly balanced and is one of the most complex and with the passing of time, it reveals even more harmonious flavours.
THE FRUIT : The citrus fruits of Sicily, particularly the oranges, are exquisite. Selected for their flavour, their perfectly timed harvest, the Sicilian land and their exposure to the sun. They are unusual in not being treated, allowing the use of their zest.
SEASONALITY : ARHUMATIC’S Vespera Hiemalis relies on the season for the best citrus fruits. Production begins in November at the beginning of the Sicilian orange season and ends at the end of Spring / Beginning of Summer depending on the quality of the produce and the harvests of the year. Once the stock is exhausted, there is a need to be patient until the following season.
