THE FRUIT : Sensual and fleshy, the raspberry possesses a smooth and fragrant flavour. This little fruit is at the same time sweet and sharp. There are several varieties of raspberry but that which has been selected for you by ARHUMATIC is of the highest quality, the most fragrant.

SEASONALITY : ARHUMATIC’S Rubus Idaeus is produced from April to October. The fruit flavour becomes more powerful as the season progresses. Available until stocks are exhausted.

Tasting
	As if suspended, the fruit gently transmits its colour “crushed raspberry” to the maceration.
	A fragrance with floral and delicious notes which surprise the sense of smell.
	The taste of this liqueur unveils the fragrance of just picked fresh fruit. The slight sharpness of the raspberry balances the liquorice aspect of the flavoured rum.
